I found Jeff Valentino when I was checking out YouTube videos for my move to Winston-Salem from Southern California. I loved his energy and honesty. I spoke with Jeff over the phone and knew he was the right guy to find my next home. I came out for a visit and he spent time getting to know me, my interests, my fears, my must haves and like to haves. We looked at a few homes to make sure we were on the same page; happy day we were. I was confident I could do a long distance purchase with him. He knows builders and knows neighborhoods. Everything turned out extremely well. He found me a home and neighborhood that suits me perfectly, and we jumped on it. His advice on offer and terms was spot on. We received emails of properties matching our requirements the second they went on the market. He has a great knowledge of the area and which offers are likely to succeed.
