My wife and I came across Jeff’s YouTube channel when we started considering a move from Ohio to North Carolina. His videos were fun and informative and gave us a sense of what the different parts of the triad were like and what they had to offer. When we decided to purchase a house he was our first and only choice. Jeff was funny, organized, thorough, determined, and most of all patient. We looked at a lot of stinkers and Jeff and his team stayed engaged and excited through the whole process. Our closing was fast and tidy and any of our concerns were handled. I started my property search using Jeff's youtube channel to research different areas and get a deep dive into pros and cons of the area. That was an exceptionally helpful resource to help narrow my search, as he really has a vast amount of helpful/useful information available that he is constantly adding to. Then, he continues to deliver, from the searching/evaluating phase, through putting in an offer and the entire process of due diligence and closing. He has recommendations for great contacts for everything involved, insurance, attorneys, lenders, etc. Literally anything I had questions on or needed, he had a solution or was quick to work towards finding a solution.

I can't recommend him enough, I truly wouldn't consider using anyone else to go through this daunting process. He is the man with the plan, I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Jeff was so amazing throughout our whole home-buying experience! Moving cross-country and knowing next-to-nothing about the Winston area, we started out pretty nervous. But that all melted away as soon as we connected with Jeff. He immediately put—and kept—us at ease. I read reviews on basically everything, but I rarely ever leave any. My husband and I are moving from Seattle to Winston-Salem at the beginning of April all thanks to the thorough help and guidance that Jeff provided to us. We visited the area for a few days to look at homes and Jeff moved his schedule around to accommodate our needs. After returning home, Jeff continued to scout homes for us, FaceTimed us multiple times to support our needs and went about and beyond to help us find the right home for our family.
